Last weekend we have been in Bansko. One day I made a training to peak Vihren (2914 m.) and it was an amazing run. Up for 1h 47 min. and down for 46 min. !

little mistake with the route going to the top (I think I cross by
Hvoinati peak first! Maybe ...), but it was a funny adventure anyway.
On the way to the top I met a group of strong karate guys. One of them -
Ivan Komanov (Bulgarian) - is a Vice World Champion in karate kyokushin. Now they are
training for a new successes!
"Lifting weights at the gym won't make you strong!" :)
