1st trail race - 1st place

Yes, I really love to run. Actually I run everyday. Just ... I am running to be in shape and to free my mind.
Never I thought to go on a running race, specially not a trail race! This was the first event from this type I attend , and I finished like a first female. :-)
Was super surprising for me, because I didn't expect anything - I just went to have fun & to make my Sunday training.
I need to say, that I really enjoyed the run. We were running in the forest, crossing a river, than climbing a hill, going down and climb another hill - and the view from the tops was so amazing! To be honest , this was one of my best and most enjoyable running!
After this race, I am thinking maybe to give more attention not only to climb the mountains, but also to run ! :-))

So happy Sunday , 19 km .

JANKO JADI BUREK - St. Nicholas 2014

"Janko Jadi Burek" is one of the most popular TV shows in Macedonia. Maybe the best one. Mr. Janko always have a unique guests and unique topics. 

Before few years I decide to be a little bit away from medias and newspapers , but after his invitation to be guest on St. Nicholas night (19 December) - I just cannot say no. :-) And it was very nice interview and very nice night. 

Was sincere , we speak about travels, sport career, way of living, way of eating, about the new project I am working on with Zegin - Healthy Food by Zegin.

RUNNING TO VIHREN (2914 m.)

Last weekend we have been in Bansko. One day I made a training to peak Vihren (2914 m.) and it was an amazing run. Up for 1h 47 min. and down for 46 min. !
A little mistake with the route going to the top (I think I cross by Hvoinati peak first! Maybe ...), but it was a funny adventure anyway.
On the way to the top I met a group of strong karate guys. One of them - Ivan Komanov (Bulgarian) - is a Vice World Champion in karate kyokushin. Now they are training for a new successes!

"Lifting weights at the gym won't make you strong!"   :)

TRAINING IN NURNBERG

So much fun in Nürnberg, in the boulder gym E4.   :-)

The time when I have been there , the climbers had some local competition. So I become "local" too. :-) An amazing place for training, maybe the best boulder place I ever have been! Very positive people and a lot of energy invested in that amazing place. Must visit if you're there!
